This strategic move strengthens Radware’s position as a leader in the application delivery industry. First, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Nortel Alteon application switching customers to Radware. We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for all involved and are excited about the prospects for the future.

As such, starting today, we will provide full world-class, 24*7 “follow-the-sun” support to all customers and partners. Radware’s technical support and systems engineering teams, which have been recently joined by an additional 20 Alteon experts, are well-experienced with the Nortel application switching line of products and can address any service need. At Radware, we are dedicated to providing the highest levels of support, expert guidance, best practices, and responsiveness required to ensure long-lasting customer satisfaction and success. In addition, we are offering you a dedicated support plan and commitment to provide you with guaranteed support of the existing product line for the next five years and we look forward to serving you.

We also recognize the need for continued development of the product line. We pledge to significantly increase the amount of R&D and QA engineers that are dedicated to the Alteon product line and to leverage key technologies from Radware’s product line. By doing so, we will be able to accelerate the development of the Alteon product line as we provide you with on-going maintenance software releases and feature releases. You can expect the addition of many, leading advancements during 2009.
